Can my Smartphone connect to more than one ZING at a time?

Yes! If you have several ZING around you, your phone will connect to all paired devices available within the range of its Bluetooth signal.


Can multiple smartphones connect to one ZING at the same time?

No, unfortunately because of Bluetooth limitations, only one smartphone can connect to a Zing Smart Nightlight at a time. This includes connecting to a light for Visual Indicators. E.G. If you pair to a light to receive Visual Indicators for phone calls and texts, while that smartphone is in range, no other phones will be able to connect to that specific ZING.


Do ZING Nightlights work without a smartphone?

Absolutely! We build ZING Nightlights to operate right out of the box, without any additional setup. That said, the smartphone adds infinitely more functionality to the lights and you will need the ZING App installed on a smartphone to configure Lighting Presets.


What is the warranty?

ZING will include a one-year limited warranty. We will do a 1 for 1 exchange for any faulty product within the period of 1 year.


What is your return policy?

If you don’t like your nightlight, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
